Personally designed in response to an in-depth lifestyle consultation, this programme uses specialist movement classes including yoga, Qi Gong and tai chi to help participants physically relax. Alongside, expert-led meditation and spa treatments that soothe the central nervous system work to release tension and cultivate lasting harmony between body and mind.
