Rooted in Vietnamese heritage and Aman’s holistic philosophy, Amanoi’s signature treatments restore balance through expert touch and mindful technique. The Vietnamese Massage blends dry warming strokes, aromatherapy and gentle cupping along the body’s meridian lines to ease tension and stimulate circulation, while the Amanoi Pressure Point Treatment uses rhythmic, oil-free movements inspired by ancient Buddhist massage traditions to release stiffness, restore flexibility and calm the mind.
Vietnamese Massage
Inspired by time-honoured Vietnamese healing arts, this signature treatment blends traditional dry massage, aromatic oils and gentle cupping to restore balance and vitality. A deeply cultural experience that awakens energy flow and brings the body into harmony.
Amanoi Massage
The Amanoi Massage restores harmony to body and mind through a refined blend of Swedish techniques, reflexology and energy work. Using soothing essential oils and mindful touch, it releases tension, calms the senses and leaves you deeply relaxed and balanced.
Pressure Point Treatment
Rooted in a 2,500-year-old practice of Buddhist monks, this nurturing, oil-free massage invites total relaxation. Through gentle stretches and targeted pressure, it eases tension and restores suppleness, leaving your body feeling light and refreshed.
Chi Nei Tsang
Originating from ancient Taoist healing, this abdominal therapy focuses on relieving tension held deep within the stomach area, often caused by stress, fatigue or poor digestion. Through gentle movements that work on the body’s core, it helps ease discomfort, improve digestion and restore balance from within, leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease.

There are four treatments available within each pathway: Massages, Face Ritual, Polish & Wrap and The Journey, which encompasses all three treatments to greatly amplify their effects whether it be Grounding for reconnection and stillness, Purifying for a fresh start or Nourishing for rejuvenation.

Complete with heated stone treatment tables, steam rooms, Jacuzzis, plunge pools and private terraces overlooking the tranquil lake, these refined spaces provide an exceptional setting for restorative rituals and holistic rejuvenation.
Aman Advanced Facial
Made in Japan, Aman’s new functional skincare line, Essential Skin, is infused with powerful rice bran and indigo extracts, to achieve noticeably lifted, more radiant skin. Combining products from the Essentials Skin line with exfoliation and manual lifting techniques, the Aman Advanced Facial stimulates face muscles to improve the skin’s overall texture.
The treatment begins with ultrasonic scrubbing to loosen and remove oil and debris from the pores. Supported by electric muscle stimulation and massage to firm, and cryo bulbs to eliminate puffiness, the complexion appears brighter and tighter. The treatment continues with the application of a marine mineral mask to deeply hydrate, followed by Aman x 111Skin Nourishing Gold Algae hydrogel face and eye masks to achieve an exceptional glow. For a wholly rejuvenation process, the facial can be extended to incorporate a 15-minute scalp massage.
