Day One

Amanbagh Massage (90 minutes)

Day Two

Pinda Sweda and Nasyam
Physical Optimisation

Pinda Sweda is an Ayurvedic treatment that uses herbal boluses made from dry or fresh herbs. These are dipped in warm medicated oil and used for massage. This treatment helps detoxification by dissolving deep-seated lactic acid in the muscles, reducing inflammation and stiffness and improving blood circulation and flexibility. Nasyam follows, helping detoxify the sinuses and remove excess Kapha from the head region.

Shirodhara
Mental Equilibrium

In this calming, healing therapy, a steady stream of warm medicated oil is allowed to flow from a specific height onto the forehead and the entire scalp region before a gently releasing head massage. One of the most popular Ayurvedic therapies, it enhances mental relaxation, cools the head and improves the functioning of the five senses.

Hawan (Fire) Meditation
Spiritual Illumination

This ancient fire meditation, said to originate around 1,500BC, combines fire and mantra chanting with deep symbolism, encouraging spiritual connection.

Day Three

Pranayama
Mental Equilibrium

Pranayama means ‘extension of the life force’. This ancient yogic technique aids breath control and expansion to activate the life force of the body and attain a higher state of vibratory energy and awareness. Concentrating on breathing distracts, focuses and clears the mind, allowing you to move forward with greater ease.
