At The Lounge by Aman, the Mexican Table menu presents the celebrated flavours of tacos reimagined with Japanese sensibility. Highlights include slow-cooked Kagoshima Kurobuta pork with salsa verde and delicately tender Kasumi duck with grapefruit. Bright notes of lime, chilli and herbs evoke a refreshing balance, ideal for a light lunch in the height of summer and perfectly accompanied by tequila-based cocktails and Mexican-inspired beer pairings in the adjoining bar lounge.
