Each day at Aman Venice, Arva’s chefs bring their instinctive understanding of flavour to the finest seasonal produce sourced in and around the lagoon, to prepare bold, heart-warming and authentically Italian dishes that can be shared among family and friends.
A culinary community
Our chefs partner with local suppliers to source fresh Adriatic fish, Tuscan and Ligurian olive oils, artisanal pasta and niche market produce, creating a selection of pastas, risottos, meats, seafood and cicchetti-inspired small plates.

Arva Alfresco
A rarity in the Floating City, Aman Venice’s Grand Canal Garden comes alive in warmer climes. The perfect base for long afternoons and balmy evenings spent dining as gondolas glide by, cocktails are served from the new outdoor bar, while seasonal dishes complement the garden setting.
For alfresco bookings, please indicate your preference in the booking notes and we will endeavour to accommodate it based on weather and availability.
Sunday Brunch in the Palazzo
Come together and enjoy a laid-back breakfast in the opulent setting of Arva’s elegant dining room overlooking the palazzo gardens. Opt for a brunch favourite such as Lobster Benedict, enjoy locally sourced meat and seafood with Turbot and Braised Veal, or indulge in an Italian classic such as Spaghetti Cabonara as the sounds of the Grand Canal drift through the windows. The perfect end to a weekend in La Serenissima, brunch dishes can be accompanied a crisp glass of Ferrari sparkling wine or freshly squeezed orange juice.
