Wellness & Fitness at Amanoi
On the shores of a lake dotted with lotus blossoms, the Aman Spa is a place to balance mind and body, where specialist therapists design personalised wellness programmes and deliver a wide range of Vietnamese and international treatments in a peerlessly serene and scenic setting. Two secluded Wellness Villas serve as utterly private extensions of the Spa.

Signature Treatments
From Aman’s signature Grounding, Purifying and Nourishing journeys to Amanoi’s own locally inspired therapies, guests can choose from a wide range of treatments tailored to their personal wellbeing needs.
Banya & Hammam Treatments
Aman’s two Wellness Pool Villas each house a traditional hammam or banya, where treatments unfold as deeply restorative journeys. Embracing ancient rituals, the hammam soothes with steam, while the banya’s dry heat is paired with venik (birch branches) used to massage for an awakening experience.
Mindfulness
Guests are invited to reconnect with themselves through mindful movement and restorative healing. The floating Yoga Pavilion, surrounded by lotus and lake views, provides a serene space for yoga, breathwork and meditation, supported by treatments that nurture calm and balance from within.
Fitness
Amanoi’s movement spaces are designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing. The light-filled Pilates Studio features Allegro Reformers and state-of-the-art equipment, while the spacious gymnasium offers advanced cardiovascular and strength training with calming lake views.
Holistic Wellness Journeys
Amanoi’s spa programmes blend movement, hydrotherapy and restorative treatments to nurture balance of body, mind and spirit. These special retreats are curated throughout the year by in-house wellness specialists, inspiringa deeper sense of renewal over the course of one to three nights.

Circadian Rhythm Retreat
Embark on a restorative four-day journey designed to realign the body’s natural rhythms and support deeper, more restful sleep. Through a combination of hydrotherapy, therapeutic bodywork, mindful movement and sound-led relaxation, the retreat calms the nervous system and restores balance. Gentle morning practices and evening rituals including soothing mists, herbal teas and mindful breathing, prepare the body for profound rest, allowing guests to depart renewed and rebalanced, carrying gentle practices to sustain beyond the retreat.

Rajeshwari Nerukar – Reiki Master
Harnessing her knowledge honed over 20 years, Reiki Master Rajeshwari Nerukar (Rajul) is an expert in shifting negative emotions that have taken root in the body. Her work integrates physical therapy and energy healing, guided by the belief that emotions and trauma are best addressed before they manifest physically. With a calm, intuitive approach, she supports guests in restoring balance, clarity and a deeper sense of peace.
Wellness by the Sea - Amanoi Ocean Pool Residence
A private sanctuary where wellness meets oceanfront living, the Amanoi Ocean Pool Residence offers generous space up to three bedrooms, a secluded beach and its own spa house for a deeply restorative stay.
