Villas

Villas are located across the resort grounds. Beach Sala Villas are located on the sand with direct access via a private beach sala extending from their terrace. Beach Path Tranquillity Villas offer access to the beach within a three-minute walk via a dedicated footpath. All other villas are approximately seven minutes by golf cart to the resort's public areas including the main Restaurant, guest experience pavilion, Boutique and Beach Club.

While we cannot guarantee an ocean view from every villa, Ocean Villas and Beach Villas are set along the coast and most will offer lounge spaces, and certain Guest Pavilions, with ocean views. 

Each villa has a dedicated Villa Host and Chef that stay on-site for the duration of every stay. Our private Chefs are highly-skilled and can curate all meals, taking into consideration dietary requirements, preferences and preferred dining locations. The cost of food is not included, whether dining in the resort restaurants or in the villa.

The private Chef and Villa Host will be available on-site at the villa for the duration of any stay, acting as an extension of the resort's guest experience team. No additional fees are required for the staff, however ancillary experiences and private dining arranged by the chef and villa host are subject to additional charges.

Host and private chef teams are available on-site at the villa for the duration of any villa stay, delivering a balance of personalised attentiveness while ensuring guest privacy and space are maintained.

Kitchens are not pre-stocked. Our chefs maintain a healthy stock of produce that enables them to cater to most requests, however we ask guests to share any unique dietary requirements and preferential requests at least 14 days prior to arrival to ensure any specialty products can be procured.

Yes, while our villas are designed to offer a standard occupancy of two guests per bedroom, there is space to accommodate two additional guests per villa.

Yes, cribs can be added to all guest pavilions and up to two extra rollaway beds can be added per villa. Certain guest pavilions can be configured to offer two twin beds in place of a king bed. 

Villa selection for families is guided by the number and age of children, as well as whether a nanny will be present. All villas are well suited to families with pre-teens and teenagers. For families with younger children, our Three- and Four-Bedroom Villas feature smaller tranquillity ponds, while some Ocean Villas feature a spacious private courtyard in place of a pond. Family Pavilion layouts are available in select residences, including the Six-Bedroom Amanyara Villa and Six-Bedroom Beach Sala Villa, where a primary bedroom pavilion connects to one or two junior rooms. For families seeking two connecting bedrooms under one roof, the Two-Bedroom Pool Pavilion Suite offers adjoining rooms linked by a shared living area and kitchenette, though without a dedicated Villa Host or private Chef.

With advance notice, safety fencing can be arranged to protect children from water features such as tranquillity ponds and infinity pools.

Yes, the Six-Bedroom Amanyara Villa offers a Family Pavilion, where a primary pavilion bedroom is connected to two identical junior bedrooms featuring en-suite baths. The Six-Bedroom Beach Sala Villa also features a Family Pavilion, where a primary pavilion bedroom is connected to a junior bedroom featuring an ensuite bath and twin beds.

Beach Sala Villas all rest along Amanyara's beach, enabling guests of neighbouring villas to gather along the beach or visit one another directly from the sand. Beach Path Tranquillity Villas share a dedicated footpath to the beach. The footpath connects the two Beach Path Tranquillity Villas, ideal for larger parties who wish to stay connected.

Yes, the Six-Bedroom Amanyara Villa features a private gym and a steam room in the primary guest pavilion. The Artists Villa also features a private gym and a cold-plunge pool.
