Can I request specific bedding configurations or extra rollaways, cribs or cots?

Extra rollaways, cribs or cots can be arranged, however due to bedroom layouts, there are limited options for modifying bedding.

Is the villa suitable for families with young children?

While the villa does not offer connecting rooms, its primary pavilion offers a large interior living area suitable for accommodating small childern. Other individual pavilions have space for rollaways, cribs or cots to accommodate children in their parent's rooms. With advance notice, barriers for the lake and pools can also be arranged.

How does the private chef concept work? Is all food included?

All villa private chefs are highly trained to curate meals on request, taking into consideration cuisine style, dietary requirements and preferences. All stays include breakfast served either in The Restaurant, or in the privacy of the villa. Lunch and dinner are prepared on request and are not included in the nightly rate. For a convenient option that includes all meals, we suggest the Season of Discovery offer.

Is the kitchen stocked? If so, do we need to pre-order?

Kitchens are not pre-stocked. Our chefs maintain a healthy stock of produce that enables them to cater to most requests, however we ask guests to share any unique dietary requirements and preferential requests at least 14 days prior to arrival to ensure any specialty products can be procured.

How far is the Villa from resort facilities?

The Four-Bedroom Serenity Villa is set less than eight minutes away by golf buggy from Amanyara's central hub which includes The Bar, The Restaurant and Guest Experience Pavilion. The Beach Club and spa and wellness facilities are both less than seven minutes away by golf buggy.
