Amanyangyun Seasonal Journey

A nostalgic sensory journey inspired by the story of Shanghai, this two-hour spa experience draws on the wisdom of TCM to balance and centre, leaving mind, body and spirit rejuvenated and at peace.

Hammam Treatment

Leave the body gently cleansed and exfoliated with a signature hammam experience. Combining a steam bath, scrub and massage, the ancient treatment is followed by use of hot and cold hydrotherapy facilities, before a nourishing herbal tea and refreshments in the Lounge.

Tai Chi

Originating in China, tai chi combines breath work with flowing movements to encourage the flow of qi. A martial art, tai chi involves sequences of forms and postures, increasing lymphatic flow and calming the mind.

Dual-Frequency Rejuvenation Therapy

This device penetrates both the superficial and deep layers of the skin using a dual-light system combining red light (600–700nm) and near-infrared light (800–880nm). Detox with a Banya Treatment

Banya is a traditional sauna in which to experience dry or wet heat sessions followed by cold water plunges and gentle skin stimulation with birch branches. At Amanyangyun, the Russian-inspired Banya Bathing Suite includes a wooden-clad Banya sauna and steam room alongside a serene relaxation area.

Make the most of this healing space with the Banya Treatment which draws deeply on traditional Banya practices. As the Banya's steam releases muscular tension, it also stimulates the lymphatic system and improves blood circulation.
