From inspired coastal dining to multi-course journeys through the authentic dishes of Mexico, every experience brings depth, authenticity and new perspective.

Dining at Amanvari is currently open to hotel guests and Amanvari Residence owners only.

Sesui

From its intimate 10-seat omakase counter, Sesui takes guests on a bespoke culinary journey guided by the chef and the day’s freshest ingredients. Meanwhile, an à la carte dining of sashimi, tempura and charcoal-grilled specialties, bring Japanese spirit to East Cape’s shores in an outdoor dining space set directly on the sand.

Arva

Rooted in tradition, Aman’s Italian concept celebrates seasonal ingredients through cucina del raccolto (harvest cuisine). Here, notable chefs craft dishes creating a menu of both beloved classics and signature plates. Set within Casa Grande, the refined oceanfront venue is ideal for evenings together with family and friends.
