One Dinner, Two Journeys

On 23 and 24 October, Hiroyuki Musashi, Master Chef of Musashi by Aman, joins Masakazu Hiraki, Area Director of Western Kitchen, for the seventh edition of One Dinner, Two Journeys. Inspired by the Harvest Festival, the menu celebrates white truffles, autumn mushrooms, artisanal caviar, homegrown rice and Shine Muscat grapes. Optional wine and sake pairings are available, with each evening limited to 16 guests.
