Nuchigusui

From 16 July to 3 August 2026

At Arva special course, inspired by the Okinawan philosophy of nuchigusui (meaning nourishment that sustains life) sees local ingredients interpreted with an Italian sensibility. A six-course menu features dishes including goat maccheroni and Ishigaki beef sirloin, expressing the vitality of both land and sea.
