Movement & Recovery Weekend

From 25 - 26 July 2026

This two-day wellness weekend combines restorative mobility sessions led by Erika Bloom specialist, Adrienne Wiedert, with a therapeutic recovery protocol guided by resident wellness expert, Lenon Buenafe. Over the two days, the body is gently reconditioned and restored, leaving participants energised, aligned and deeply connected with their body’s potential.

Wellness Practitioner - Adrienne Wiedert

An advanced therapeutic practitioner, Adrienne brings a wealth of wellness knowledge from Manhattan where she serves as a senior instructor, essential movement coach and Erika Bloom Pilates specialist. A life-long dancer, she returns to Amanyara with a focus towards enhancing movement-based wellness experiences, covering an array of practices including stretching, strengthening, rebalancing, and connecting breath and core.
