This offer valid for new booking only and is not combinable with any other offer unless specified. Kids under 12 stay for free when sharing a room with parents, maximum two children per room. The offer is based on 2 guests per room, a supplementary third person charge applies for breakfast, lunch and dinner: US$240++ for adult and US$115++ for children ages 4-11 years. This charge is in addition to the third person bedding charge of US$180++. Meal supplements for guests surpassing two per room will be charged on the complimentary nights. Above supplement rate is additional charges per night, per room/per villa and subject to applicable taxes and fees. Only the free night offer is cumulative if consecutively booked. Additional diet supplement fee of $115.00++ per guest each day is applicable if they request specifics dietary preferences i.e. Kosher, Paleo diet, Atkins etc. Beverages and Pop-up chef culinary are not included in this offer.
