Your three-night stay includes: 

  • A consultation with an Ayurvedic physician, to ascertain your dosha type and to design a personalised treatment plan 
  • Daily personalised Ayurvedic breakfast with herbal tea in line with your dosha requirements
  • Daily Hatha yoga class 
  • Daily 60-minute Ayurvedic treatment, during the stay
  • Use of The Hydrotherapy Suites including its steam room and sauna 
  • An Ayurveda booklet 

Your seven-night stay includes: 

  • Daily personalised Ayurvedic breakfast, lunch and dinner with herbal tea in line with your dosha requirements
  • A follow-up consultation and advice on integrating Ayurveda into daily life
  • Visit to the Handunugoda Tea plantation
  • Temple tour to Yatagala and Rumassala temples with a blessing by Buddhist monks
