Amankora
The first resort in Bhutan and with five lodges across its central and western valleys, Amankora has been a part of this legendary Buddhist Kingdom for almost 20 years.
Reflecting the region’s rich colonial legacy and set in Amangalla's Church Street wing, 65 square metre (699 square foot) Chambers enjoy views over the treetops towards the ramparts of Galle Fort. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom features a king-sized four-poster bed while a separate living area has a writing desk and dining table, for evenings spent sharing stories of the day gone-by. Providing consummate comfort and privacy, the rooms also benefit from a bathroom with large free-standing bathtub, twin vanities and a separate shower and toilet.
