A sweeping staircase rises through two levels to the piano nobile, where the Ballroom looks out over the Grand Canal and leads to the Bar and the Yellow and Blue Dining Rooms. With a magnificent fireplace and Cesare Rotta ceiling mural, the Yellow Dining Room overlooks the canal, while the Bar features silk wall coverings and views of the hotel’s canal-side garden, where an alfresco dining venue is available in summer months

Davide, Aman Venice’s Michelin Star creative consultant, is also a designer and author whose innovative signature dishes make use of the freshest seasonal ingredients

 

Chef de Cuisine Andrea Torre works closely with Davide on the ever-evolving menu

Trained in Rome, Andrea has honed his skills with Mediterranean produce in some of the finest kitchens in Milan, London and Istanbul

The Bar

Warm and invitating, with bar seats as well as clusters of tables and chairs, bask in the late afternoon sunshine at The Bar, overlooking the sunset of the floating city

 

All day dining at the bar

In a nod to Lord Byron, The Bar features Italian food with a British twist, offering a selection of international classics such as a revisited plate of Mac & Cheese, a new take on Venetian Cicchetti and a selection of tempting desserts

 

The Restaurant

Locally-sourced fish and produce are selected at the famed Rialto Market every morning and used to create dishes such as a Crab Salad with avocado, green apple and chili as well as the DO-signed Spaghetti with pecorino, cracked black pepper, and horseradish

 

CICCHETTI AND SPRITZ IN THE CANAL GARDEN IS THE QUINTESSENTIAL VENETIAN DINING EXPERIENCE

Small antipasto plates are served under the flowering pergola accompanied by a traditional spritz of prosecco, Aperol, seltzer and an orange slice
