Amanyara rests on the secluded west coast of Providenciales, its 800m expanse of beach lapped by the turquoise waters of a marine reserve. Reflective ponds and gardens separate freestanding pavilions, creating a sense of stillness and divine privacy. For a wedding or occasion, this remote yet accessible retreat combines Aman’s legendary hospitality with the captivating rhythm of island life, where multi-generations are invited to gather and celebrate with no interruption.
With Aman’s team of expert event planners, the resort’s highlights - such as private dining, nature excursions and exceptional scuba diving - can be tailored to suit groups of all sizes and ages. Beach bonfires are perfect for memory making against the starry night skies, while a welcome cocktail party at the Beach Club can set the tone for the days to come.
Weddings
In this paradise island setting, couples are welcome to say their vows on the pristine white beach, beside a tranquil pond, or overlooking the ocean from the coastline above a protected cove. For those making Amanyara their own, events can take place in several locations, with different levels of formality depending on the hour of the day. A feet-in-the-sand beach barbeque can provide a rustic base for the evening celebrations, or a multi-course fine-dining experience beneath the stars can create a more formal affair. Intimate weddings for up to 70 guests can also be held in one of the resort’s Villas, where privacy and exclusivity are a given, without the need to buyout the entire resort.
Celebrations
Whether marking a milestone birthday or a special anniversary, friends and family travelling from afar will be effortlessly catered to from the comfort of their own private Pavilion or Villa, while Amanyara’s social spaces offer ample room to entertain. Choose to create a carnival atmosphere inspired by the island’s annual Junkanoo festival, or celebrate island culture, with local musicians and superb island-style cuisine to mark the occasion. Alternatively, celebrate with loved ones in a spacious private Villa, where, surrounded by nature, the occasion can be as intimate and exclusive as one desires.
Holidays and festivals
Every holiday and festival is celebrated at Amanyara from President’s Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day and Independence Day to Labour Day and Thanksgiving, plus many more. The celebrations continue throughout the year, but always ending the year with Festive and New Year’s celebrations. During each holiday period, Amanyara curates a seasonal calendar of nature experiences, cultural activities, celebratory dinners and family experiences.
