Discover the healing powers of Ayurveda with the comprehensive retreat, combining an initial consultation with a personalised treatment plan and bespoke daily breakfast. Three-night stays include daily yoga and a daily 60-minute Ayurvedic treatment, while seven-night stays benefit from visits to the nearby temples and tea plantation.

Your three-night stay includes:
- A consultation with an Ayurvedic physician, to ascertain your dosha type and to design a personalised treatment plan
- Daily personalised Ayurvedic breakfast with herbal tea in line with your dosha requirements
- Daily Hatha yoga class
- Daily 60-minute Ayurvedic treatment, during the stay
- Use of The Hydrotherapy Suites including its steam room and sauna
- An Ayurveda booklet
Your seven-night stay includes:
- Daily personalised Ayurvedic breakfast, lunch and dinner with herbal tea in line with your dosha requirements
- A follow-up consultation and advice on integrating Ayurveda into daily life
- Visit to the Handunugoda Tea plantation
- Temple tour to Yatagala and Rumassala temples with a blessing by Buddhist monks
Additional inclusions:
- Daily afternoon tea
- Daily use of hydrotherapy suites up to 30-minutes (subject to availability, advance booking required)
- In-room refreshments including non-alcoholic beverages
- Butler service
