Arva is pleased to present a special two-night dinner with Chef Louis Han of Michelin-starred modern Korean restaurant NAE:UM, based in Singapore. 

Reflecting values long cherished by Aman, this collaboration brings together memory, culture and a deep respect for place, expressed quietly through cuisine. As these sensibilities meet in Tokyo, each course tells a subtle story – from Arva’s signature Sea Urchin Spaghetti to the Jujube & Truffle dish, an elegant interpretation of NAE:UM’s delicate dessert.
