The Lounge by Aman presents its seasonal Shine Muscat Parfait, available from 5pm daily. Showcasing the exceptional sweetness and fragrance of Japan's prized Shine Muscat grapes, this annual creation is layered with baked cheesecake, yoghurt Chantilly cream and vibrant fruit. Served with an Assam tea sauce poured tableside, it reveals remarkable depth and elegance.
