Inspired by Otemachi Forest in winter, La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo presents two cakes for the Christmas table. Adorned with Japanese strawberries, the Christmas Shortcake layers delicate sponge with seasonal fruit. The Bûche de Noël combines pistachio sponge and raspberry cream, finished with meringue and white chocolate woodland details. 

Reservations opening at 11am on 2 November 2026. The Christmas Shortcake is limited and requires advance reservation.
