Aman Tokyo Panettone 2026

Made over three days at Arva using traditional methods and lievito madre, Aman Tokyo’s house-made panettone combines Italian flour, free-range eggs, Marunouchi honey and dried fruit soaked in Marsala wine. Richly aromatic with a delicate texture, it is designed for sharing throughout the festive season. 

Available in limited numbers from 16 November to 5 January, with advance reservations opening on 2 November.
