For a sense of occasion shaped by romance, Chef Edoardo Traverso’s menu features specially-crafted cicchetti, handmade pasta and a thoughtful selection of signature dishes, from inviting smoked trout and ossobuco fagottini to pan-fried seabass or Angus tenderloin. A delicate torta di rosa offers a gentle sweet note to conclude. Specially selected Champagnes and wines are also available.
