Within the serene surrounds of the Aman Club, Hiori presents an intimate teppanyaki experience shaped by seasonality and craftsmanship. Chef Yoji Kitayama guides guests through a celebratory journey featuring the finest ingredients sourced from across Japan, each prepared with precision at the traditional hinoki wood counter. The evening is complemented by a curated sakes and Japanese spirits, capturing the spirit of the season.
