Shades of Green Afternoon Tea

An afternoon tea inspired by Tokyo’s gentle transition from spring to early summer. 

The experience begins with a delicate melon and Jersey milk parfait, followed by softly balanced savouries, including two varieties of sandwiches and a Green Pea Cream Éclair, with scones and Herb-Scented Bonbons adding a discreet touch of playfulness. A curated selection of petit sweets in shades of green includes Pistachio Saint-Honoré, Lime Tart, Green Apple Pavlova and Sonogi Matcha Opera.
