暮色餐厅
餐厅英文名称中的“Sandikala”一词源自巴厘语，意指“暮色”，也即夕阳西下以后洒落温柔金色余辉的那段美好时光。它是光与影交织共舞的美好时刻，巴厘岛文化认为这段时光兼具精神和自然层面的重要意义。暮色餐厅高踞度假村标志性的三层泳池之上，于落日余晖中静享一方宁谧天地，坐拥龙目海峡海天胜景。餐厅精心呈献融合印尼与西式风味的佳肴美馔，所用食材多采自度假村内部的有机菜园。
农场直达餐桌
安缦丘澜的有机菜园种植了种类繁多的香草、水果与蔬菜，为度假村厨房提供红薯、番茄、菠菜、辣椒、百香果等众多食材。度假村内部还饲养了鹌鹑，为暮色餐厅供应新鲜鹌鹑蛋，并计划在未来打造专属咖啡种植园，供应自产咖啡豆。这些食材在暮色餐厅大放异彩，每一道菜肴都展现出土地的鲜活气息。
本地养殖和捕捉
