발리 전통어로 황혼을 뜻하는 단어에서 유래한 Sandikala는 해가 진 직후의 부드럽고 황금빛 시간을 의미합니다. 빛과 그림자가 만나는 순간을 담아낸 이 순간은 발리 문화에서 영적인 의미와 자연적 의미를 동시에 지닌다고 여겨집니다. 리조트의 상징적인 3단 수영장 위에 자리 잡은 Sandikala는 롬복 해협의 탁 트인 전망을 선사하며, 석양을 배경으로 고요한 분위기를 자아냅니다. 인도네시아와 서양 요리를 다양하게 선보이는 이곳은 리조트의 유기농 정원에서 직접 재배한 신선한 식재료를 사용합니다.

다양한 허브, 과일, 채소를 재배하는 Amankila의 유기농 정원에서는 고구마, 토마토, 시금치부터 고추, 패션프루트까지 다양한 식재료를 리조트 주방에 제공합니다. Sandikala에는 알을 생산하기 위해 메추라기를 사육하고, 커피 농장에서는 리조트에서 직접 재배한 원두를 공급할 예정입니다. 식재료는 Sandikala에서 현지의 신선함이 살아 있는 요리로 다시 탄생합니다.
