Open to guests and non-resident alike, Amansara’s Restaurant offers an all-day menu available to enjoy anywhere in the resort, and evening set menus reflecting both Khmer and Western culinary traditions.
The striking centrepiece of the resort, the towering, circular Restaurant affords 360º views of the resort, as well as alfresco dining on the neighbouring pool terrace. Based on Cambodian culinary tradition, with its emphasis on simplicity of technique and freshness of flavour, dishes are created from seasonal, organic ingredients sourced from the markets of Siem Reap.
From birthday festivities to anniversary dinners, Amansara is able to arrange exceptional gala dining and celebrations of all sizes. Events can be enhanced by spectacular dance performances by a local troupe, or blessings from a Buddhist monk.
