Dining at Amangani

Looking out over the Snake River Valley with the snow-capped peaks of the Tetons in the distance, the redwood-panelled Grill specialises in local, sustainable ranch meats, fresh fish and seasonal farm-to-table produce. Forging a new American regional cuisine, our Executive Chef and his team create an array of dishes that can be enjoyed outside the restaurant as well, be it fireside in the Suites, by the expansive pool or on the sun deck.

Grand Terrace Bar

Open from 3pm in the afternoon to 8pm at night, this exquisite setting high above the valley is the perfect spot for watching the sun melt into the Tetons while savouring a bespoke cocktail, craft beer or glass of wine with canapes. Afternoon tea is also served with a range of delicious homebaked treats to choose from.

The Grill

Looking out over the Snake River Valley and snow-capped peaks of the Tetons through floor to ceiling windows, the lofty, redwood-panelled Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Specialising in local, sustainable ranch meats, fresh fish and seasonal farm-to-table produce, Executive Chef Andrew Walters brings his own unique interpretation of globally-influenced cuisine to the table with regional ingredients including caribou sausages, bison steaks, Idaho potatoes and Utah honeycomb.

Amangani The Zinc bar
