The Grill
Looking out over the Snake River Valley and snow-capped peaks of the Tetons through floor to ceiling windows, Amangani’s redwood-panelled restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Specialising in local, sustainable ranch meats, fresh fish and seasonal farm-to-table produce, the menu is the work of Executive Chef Manuel Fernandez, who combines global culinary influences with the finest regional ingredients, including caribou sausages, bison steaks, Idaho potatoes and Utah honeycomb.
Grand Terrace Bar
Open from afternoon to evening, 3pm to 8pm, Amangani’s bar is set high above the valley – the perfect spot to watch the sun melt into the Tetons while savouring a bespoke cocktail, a local craft beer, or a glass of wine with canapés.
Zinc Bar
With its rugged sandstone columns, redwood panelling, and panoramic views over the snowfields, the Zinc Bar is an intimate and atmospheric aprés-ski destination.
Locally brewed beer and spirits distilled in the area are highlights of the drinks menu, and the bar team are renowned for their seasonal creative cocktails, such as the huckleberry martini and the spicy hibiscus margarita.
