Accessibility & Mobility 

• As part of Aman Sveti Stefan’s authentic design, the historic property features multiple levels, pathways and stairs, reflecting the character of the original fortified village. Please note that lift access is not available, and certain walkways may be uneven.
• While every effort is made to ensure guests’ comfort, those with reduced mobility may find parts of the resort more challenging to navigate. Our team is always pleased to assist wherever possible.
• Guests with any mobility considerations are warmly encouraged to contact the resort prior to booking, so that we may provide detailed information and offer personalised guidance to ensure the most comfortable and suitable stay. 
   

Pet Policy 

• Aman Sveti Stefan welcomes guests travelling with dogs, subject to prior arrangement. Certain facilities are not accessible to pets in line with health, safety and operational standards.
• Certified Service Dogs supporting guests with disabilities are welcomed in accordance with applicable regulations and may accompany their handler in guest-accessible areas.
• Guests travelling with dogs are encouraged to contact the resort in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made to support a smooth and comfortable stay.
