Visas
Tourist visas are available upon arrival for most countries to enter Laos at a cost of US$42 per person. Alternatively, guests can also apply for a visa prior to arrival through the Official Government Website.
International flights
The nearest airport to Amantaka is Luang Prabang International Airport (LPQ), which is just a 10-minute drive away. Direct flights to Luang Prabang are available from several Asian cities, including Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Siem Reap, Hanoi, Kunming, and Changsha.

For guests staying three nights or more
For guests staying three nights or more, we offer complimentary round-trip airport transfers with fast-track service upon arrival. Please follow the below steps:
- Upon arrival, guests should proceed to the arrival counter desk in the immigration area, where our representative will be holding a sign with the guest's name.
- Our team will collect the guest's original passport and the completed visa application form, which should have been filled out by our team prior to your arrival.
- The representative will assist with visa processing and guide guests through immigration, a process that typically takes only 15-20 minutes, depending on the queue. This allows guests to avoid long lines with other tourists.
- Afterward, our representative will escort guests to the luggage pickup area and help them meet their Amansara driver outside the arrival terminal.
