The Grill

Looking out over the Snake River Valley and snow-capped peaks of the Tetons through floor to ceiling windows, Amangani’s redwood-panelled restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Specialising in local, sustainable ranch meats, fresh fish and seasonal farm-to-table produce, the menu is the work of Executive Chef Manuel Fernandez.

With its rugged sandstone columns, redwood panelling, and panoramic views over the Wyoming snowfields. Locally brewed beer and spirits distilled in the area are highlights of the drinks menu, and the bar team are renowned for their seasonal creative cocktails, such as the huckleberry martini and the spicy hibiscus margarita.

Whiskey Tasting Dinner

A minimum of five years of waiting goes into the making of each and every bottle of Wyoming Whiskey, crafted by a family of ranchers turned spirit makers, whose roots reach back more than a century in the Cowboy State. Amangani will partner with the local purveyors to present a special dinner menu at The Grill, paired with different Wyoming Whiskeys.
