On selected dates throughout 2023, gastronomy fans can experience Chef Norbert Niederkofler’s culinary prowess with a two-night stay at Aman Venice including a six-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Norbert and Aman Venice’s executive chef, focussing on fresh produce sourced from the shores of Venice.
Experience a two-night escape with exceptional dining. Aman Venice’s Cook the Lagoon philosophy was inspired by three Michelin starred chef, Norbert Niederkofler and his Cook the Mountain menu. Originating from his St. Hubertus restaurant in the Dolomites, the concept has received much acclaim, with awards including a Michelin green star for environmentally conscious cooking.
Standard cancellation policy applies. An extra person will be charged at EUR250 +VAT per person, per night. Child Policy: under 12 - no charge, over 12 EUR250 + 10% VAT (room and breakfast only – cocktail and dinner not included)
