Forest Shaved Ice

For a limited time, the much-loved Forest Shaved Ice returns to The Café by Aman in two memorable flavours. The non-alcoholic Peaches and Champagne is made from specially selected Japanese peaches, topped with a mascarpone espuma, accompanied by raspberry sauce, served on the side, for a refreshing note. The second combines the earthy notes of Hokkaido matcha and adzuki beans with mascarpone espuma and a sprinkling of caramelised walnuts. An optional swirl of wasanbon sugar syrup adds depth and refined sweetness.
