Rooted in Eastern European and Scandinavian culture, the Banya is a wood-clad sauna with add-on steam created by pouring water over heated rocks. While relaxing in the Banya, a therapist uses clusters of oak or birch leaves known as venik to massage, stimulate and exfoliate the skin. As well as this invigorating treatment space, the Banya Spa House also features a Steam room with Vichy shower, Couple’s treatment room, Hot and cold plunge pools and an Expansive lounge area.
