Sourced from the best farms across Japan, each creation at Hiori is combined by the best of the season with the artful techniques performed by our chefs in plain sight. Creating an intimate and captivating atmosphere, flavours are transformed over flame and served with a range of homemade sauces including miso and soy.
A curated selection of sake from Japan’s finest breweries effortlessly enhances Hiori’s immersive dining experience, with a spectrum of distinctive flavours. From the refined Junmai Daiginjo to the rich depth of Aged Koshu, a range of exclusive labels are available only at Aman Nai Lert Bangkok.
