Introducing Nura

Channelling the easygoing, sun-drenched rhythms of life on the coast, Nura is Aman’s tribute to the vibrance and variety of Mediterranean cuisine and culture. Nura is found on the shores of Korakia Beach at Amanzoe, Greece, and the golden sands of Amanpuri, Thailand, bringing a laid-back, beachside ambience to dining. Available to hotel guests and visitors, taste fresh-from-the-grill flavours and surrender to the sounds of the sea.

Settings by the sea

Nura’s first home, like Aman’s, is on the shores of the Andaman Sea at Amanpuri, Phuket. A second outpost has since followed at Amanzoe, offering endless views across the Aegean. With pristine coastal destinations, Aman’s emblematic beach club imbues relaxed, alfresco dining and ocean’s-edge living.

Mediterranean-inspired dishes

A celebration of the Mediterranean, Nura embraces the charcoal grill and the rainbow splendour of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Menus showcase salads, seafood, pastas and pizzettes, all intended to be shared and enjoyed in good company.
