Property Policies

Smoking

• Amanvari is a non-smoking property. Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars and vaping (e-cigarettes), is not permitted within any indoor areas, including residences, guest accommodation and enclosed spaces. A minimum charge of one night’s accommodation plus applicable taxes, in addition to a USD 500 deep-cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs.

Pets

• A non-refundable pet fee of USD 350 per stay applies for all pets. Guests must sign a Pet Registration Card upon arrival. 
• A maximum of one (1) dog or cat per guest accommodation or residence is permitted, with a weight limit of 30 lbs (15 kg). 
• Pets may not be left unaccompanied in the Casita or the residence at any time. 
• In the event of damage caused by a pet, the resort reserves the right to apply charges up to the equivalent of two nights’ accommodation plus applicable taxes, in addition to a USD 500 deep cleaning fee. 
• Pets must be kept on a leash or securely placed in a carrier during housekeeping services and while in public areas of the resort. 
• Pets must remain under the control of their owner or designated handler. 
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or in the swimming pool. 

Privacy & Access

• For seamless access, please inform the hotel of any guests joining you in advance. All visitors will be required to present valid photo identification upon arrival.  

Photography & Videography

• No personal, professional or commercial photography or videography is permitted on property without prior written consent from the resort’s marketing team. To make an enquiry, please email [email protected].  
• Photography equipment including tripods, lighting, microphones and similar accessories is not permitted in public areas. Capturing staff areas and use of drones is strictly prohibited. 
• Content creation for commercial purposes, including influencer, brand partnership, advertising or promotional activities, is considered commercial photography/videography and requires prior written approval from the resort's marketing team. 

Phones, Laptops & Loudspeakers  

• Laptops are permitted in dining outlets and the Lounge until 6pm.  
• Use of earphones is required.  
• Speakerphones and loudspeakers are not permitted.  
• Conversations should be kept to a minimum volume to avoid disturbance of other guests.  

Security & Entourage

• Arrangements must be coordinated with the resort’s Director of Security prior to arrival.  

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.  

   

Accommodation Policies

Age Requirements 

• Guests must be aged 18 or over and present a valid government issued ID at check-in.  

House Car

• The house car is available exclusively for resort guests within Costa Palmas development on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Aman Spa Policies 

Spa Services

• Guests must be aged 18 or over to enjoy spa services independently.
• Guests under the age of 18 must sign a waiver and be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult during their visit.

Fitness Centre

• Access is limited to resort guests and residents. Guests of those mentioned are not permitted.
• Guests must be aged 18 or over to use the Fitness Centre.
• Guests under the age of 18 must sign a waiver and be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult while using the Fitness Centre.
• Recording training sessions within the gym is prohibited.  

Phones, Loudspeakers, Photography & Videography

• To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, the use of mobile phones, photography and filming equipment is strictly prohibited in and around Amanvari Spa.
• Loud phone conversations and video calls are not permitted.
