Aman Rosa Alpina Policies

At Aman Rosa Alpina, the comfort, safety and privacy of our guests are of the highest priority. We kindly ask all guests to observe the hotel policies outlined below to ensure a seamless and harmonious stay.

Property Policies

Smoking

  • Aman Rosa Alpina is a non-smoking hotel. If a guest smokes in their suite or room, a minimum charge equivalent to at least one-night's accommodation plus tax, along with a EUR 400 deep cleaning fee, will be automatically applied.

Pets

  • The hotel permits dogs only, with a maximum of two per suite allowed, weighing up to a maximum of 20kg each. 
  • Guests travelling with dogs must sign a Pet Policy Agreement upon check-in. 
  • A service fee of EUR 120 per night, per dog (inclusive of taxes) applies.
  • Dogs are allowed in all guest accommodations and in Il Salotto. However, they are not allowed in any other dining venues or permitted to enter the spa facilities. 
  • Pets are not permitted on furniture within guest rooms or public areas. 
  • Dogs cannot be left unaccompanied at any time. 
  • Owners will be held financially responsible for any damage or disruption caused by their pets, with charges applied accordingly. 
  • Dogs must be leashed or securely placed in a carrier during housekeeping service and while in public areas. 
  • Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool.

Privacy & Access 

  • For seamless access, please inform the hotel ([email protected]) of any guests joining you in advance. All visitors will be required to present valid photo identification upon arrival. 

Photography & Videography 

  • To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, the use of mobile phones, photography and filming equipment is strictly prohibited in and around Aman Rosa Aplina. 
  • No personal, professional or commercial photography or videography is allowed on property without prior written consent by the property’s marketing team. To make an enquiry, please email [email protected].

Phones, Laptops & Loudspeakers   

  • Laptops are permitted in dining outlets, the lounge and on the terrace until 6pm. 
  • Use of personal headphones is required. 
  • Speakerphones and loudspeakers are not permitted.   
  • Conversations should be kept to a minimum volume, and video calls are not permitted. 

Security & Entourage 

  • Arrangements must be coordinated with the hotel’s Director of Security prior to arrival. Security personnel must wear suits or professional attire. 
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
