For the adventurers
Experienced, well-trained athletes can start at the Santa Croce hospice and climb Sas dla Crusc (Sasso Santa Croce) to nearly 3,000 metre, continue to Piza dales Diesc (Cima Dieci), then along the 3,000 metre ridge to Lavarela and finish at Conturines before descending to Capanna Alpina. Complete it in two days to become an “Alta Badia Finisher”, or in one to earn “Alta Badia Mountaineer.”
Trail lovers will enjoy this network in Movimënt which winds through forests and slopes between Corvara, La Villa and San Cassiano. Five trails, named in Ladin after their key features, range from easy to challenging, featuring bumps, jumps and northshore sections.
