Set in the heart of the Exumas, Amancaya occupies two entirely private cays immersed in crystalline waters and white-sand shores. Defined by stillness and seclusion, the destination offers direct access to some of the Caribbean’s most exceptional boating and diving experiences. A private marina provides effortless passage through the surrounding archipelago, inviting a deeper connection to one of the region’s most untouched natural settings. 

The first residences of their kind 

Amancaya is shaped by a collaborative vision rooted in simplicity, material integrity and a deep connection to place. Architecture by Jacobsen Studio is complemented by interiors from Yabu Pushelberg and landscape design by Raymond Jungles, creating a seamless dialogue between the architecture and the native environment. The private residences comprise a limited collection of three- to five-bedroom villas, featuring expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces and private swimming pools.
