Nama celebrates washoku, a UNESCO-recognised culinary culture originating in Japan renowned for its sustainable, nature-conscious approach. Translated as ‘I leave it to you’, each omakase journey is entirely unique, inviting guests to admire the chef’s precision and detail, using only ingredients sourced that day.
