This limited-edition box brings together two distinctive macarons to mark five years of Aman Tokyo's elegant pâtisserie. The first pairs Panamanian dark chocolate with aromatic coffee notes and a praline of hazelnuts and unrefined cane sugar. The second combines Peruvian dark chocolate ganache with organic raisins macerated in Armagnac. Available exclusively in October, the collection reflects the pâtisserie’s precise craftsmanship and considered approach to flavour.
