Day One

Clay Pot Compress Oil Massage (90 minutes)  
Local Signature Treatment

Rooted in ancient Thai healing practices with added aromatherapy benefits, this massage combines heat therapy with the healing properties of herbs. A clay pot is filled with lemongrass, ginger, kaffir lime leaves and other herbs, then heated, wrapped in cape lily leaf and placed in a muslin bag. This unique massage tool is then rolled and pressed along energy lines and muscle groups with your choice of signature oil. The heat and herbal essences penetrate deep into the body's tissues inducing deep relaxation, improving circulation and aiding in pain relief and detoxification.

Day Two

Banya Experience (120 minutes)
Physical Optimisation

Rooted in Eastern European culture, the Banya treatment includes time in a wood-clad sauna where oak or birch leaves, known as veniks, are used to massage, stimulate and exfoliate the skin. The sauna session is followed by guided hot/cold hydrotherapy to enhance detoxification.

Sunset Yoga & Meditation  
Mental Equilibrium

A harmonious blend of movement, breath and the radiant energy of the setting sun. This session is designed to inspire a sense of renewal, providing a gentle yet empowering practice for all.  

Flower Meditation
Spiritual Illumination  

The soothing creation of traditional Thai flower garlands or the folding of lotus leaves highlight that meditation can also be active. Following a peaceful crafting session, stroll through picturesque Nai Lert Park to present your floral offerings at a spirit house – an act of respect and reverence that further nurtures a sense of spiritual connection.

Day Three

Slow Movement Mat Pilates
Mental Equilibrium

A floor-based exercise method focusing on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness, Mat Pilates offers a combination of controlled movements and mindful breathing to build a strong, toned physique. Through targeting muscle engagement, a series of exercises in repetitive patterns work to promote posture, balance, and overall wellbeing.
