Chef Florian Couteau’s seasonal apporach and floral accents shape 1872’s Romantic Afternoon Tea. Savoury creations range from Oscietra caviar with whipped Franciacorta cream and Alaskan crab mousse with Provence rosé to duck confit tartlet and burrata choux with tomato confit and basil accompanied by sweet and fragrant bites served overlooking Nai Lert Park.
