From freshly brewed coffee to live culinary stations, the Heritage Room encapsulates the warmth of Alpine hospitality through awakening morning rituals. Slow and sensory, breakfast unfolds in a space bathed in soft morning light, where  home-baked breads and pastries start the day with effortless ease.  

The Heritage Room is currently open to hotel guests only.

The Heritage Room’s flexible design allows it to seamlessly transform from a serene breakfast room to an unforgettable events space, ideal for weddings and special occasions.  
 

A Nourishing Start

Begin every day with a thoughtfully prepared selection of home-baked multigrain breads and buttery croissants served alongside artisanal jams, fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts and eggs prepared according to your preference. To drink, choose from freshly squeezed juices, barista-prepared espresso  and an extensive array of  teas and herbal infusions. A variety of organic and gluten-free options are also available.
