Please submit the original voucher to the front desk to apply the discount upon check-out. The discount will not be applied if you do not bring the original copy. 
• A credit voucher can be used for accommodation, food and beverage, in-room dining, minibars, and spa treatments and cannot be used for retail products. Only one voucher can be used per room per stay.  
• A credit voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue. Lost or expired vouchers, for whatever reason, will not be re-issued or replaced.  
• Resale or transfer of the credit voucher to third parties is prohibited. A credit voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other services.  
• The 10% discount on dining and spa is available for all restaurants, in-room dining, or spa treatments. Minibars and retail products are not eligible for discounts.
