SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions”)

Aman Group, which includes Aman Group S.a.r.l as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries and related entities  (hereafter collectively, the “Aman Group”, “we”, or “us”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) which is provided by a third-party - Braze (Braze Inc, EIN 452505271, 330 WEST 34TH STREET, FLOOR 18 NEW YORK NY 10001) which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and the Aman Global Marketing Personalisation Privacy Notice.

Your opting in to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages from and on behalf of Aman Group through the Aman Group Preference Centre constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions.

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions at any time and your continued use of the Program following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. These Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions may also be revised as a result of changes to the Braze platform.

  1. Consent to Receive Messages By opting in to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages from and on behalf of Aman Group, you consent to receive marketing messages, updates, and promotional offers via SMS/MMS through your mobile carrier to the mobile number you provided. If your mobile number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call list” or equivalent in your jurisdiction, but you then opt-in to our Program, then you are agreeing to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages and this supersedes your prior decision to be placed on the Do Not Call list. SMS/MMS mobile messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
     
  2. Product Disclosure Aman Group is committed to providing clear and consistent product information both on our website and within our SMS/MMS mobile message flow. Any information provided via SMS/MMS will be consistent with the product details available on our website. You understand that you do not have to sign up for the Program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Aman Group. Your participation in this Program is completely voluntary.
     
  3. Message Frequency You agree to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages periodically at our discretion. The Program involves recurring SMS/MMS mobile messages, and additional SMS/MMS mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.
     
  4. Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply to SMS/MMS mobile messages sent and received. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Please consult your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
     
  5. HELP / STOP Instructions To receive help or support regarding the Program and our SMS/MMS mobile messages, or to request assistance, please contact [email protected]. You can also reply to any SMS/MMS mobile message with the word “HELP” for assistance or otherwise text “HELP” to +12035948714 and/or +12035874663. Message and data rates may apply.

    You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS mobile messages from and on behalf of Aman Group at any time by texting "STOP" to +12035948714 and/or +12035874663. You will receive a confirmation message upon successful opt-out. Opting out will stop all future marketing SMS/MMS mobile messages; however, you may still receive transactional messages related to your account or purchases. Message and data rates may apply.

  6. Failure/delay/misdirection/non-delivery The mobile carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS/MMS mobile messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the Program with your new number. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Program, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Program.
